Halloween 2011

OCTOBER 2011
We had lots of fun festivities planned for October.  We went to the 3rd annual Jergensen Halloween party!  This year Liz wanted to amp up her decorating so she called Christi Postoian and me to come help!  So we ran around getting burlap, glass containers, and orange and black lanterns.  We used burlap for table runners over black table clothes and the center pieces were glass containers with candy corn and a candle in the middle.  It was perfect!  Liz had someone string lights along her backyard and we hung orange and black lanterns.  The final tough, though, was Liz's mom Linda Rutter brought down a car load of pumpkins and she got bails of hay from Christian Demke.  The kids decorated gingerbread houses, played games, had a costume contest and went on a scavenger hunt.  So fun!!!

We went to a pumpkin patch in Corona and it was so fun!  We met up with some other families, the Jergensens, Giles and Eliasons.  The kids loved the petting zoo!
