I Love California

We love Southern California.  I mean LOVE!  We use every bit of this gorgeous place.  That's why I originally named this blog the California Lanes.  California is not just a place to live, it's a lifestyle.  We go all over visiting the sites and soaking in the culture.  When we decided to move to Texas we had a short time to jam pack as many excursions in as time would allow.  Here are just a few.

We took the girls to Shoreline Village in Long Beach.  Its this cute little spot filled with shops,
a carousel with an arcade right along the water of Long Beach.  My grandma used to take me there
as a kid and I still remember eating an ice cream cone while looking at the kite shop.
