Cousin Wedding

 August 2012
Haidy and David Ludloff were married in August of 2012.  Their wedding was a beautiful outdoor wedding in Fallbrook, Calfornia!  We loved hanging out with our cousins and especially enjoying the amazing food and beautiful setting.

Utah Trip: the wedding

April 2012
Wedding Time!  Kyrstie and Jimmy Gillie got married in the Provo Temple and had their reception at a local LDS chapel.  They also had a large reception in Oklahoma where Kyrstie grew up.  It was so fun being with the Lanes, Neelys and the Foremans.

After the Temple Sealing ceremony and before the receeption we went to have some delicious Brazilian BBQ courtesy of the Dill family.  It was so delcicoius and we had a chance to hang out with our family and laugh and talk.  Above (Sandy Foreman aka oma (amy's mom) with Lorelai) and I'm not sure what is happening between these two cousins, Ian and Elijah!

Jamie's Bridal Shower & Wedding

 AUGUST 2011
So excited to have our oldest sister, Jamie Kalama getting married to Ryan Wood.  Jamie and Ryan live in New York, but decided to get married in California at the San Diego LDS Temple.  But, first we had to shower her with gifts, embarrass her with games and eat lots and lots of cake to celebrate with the bride-to-be!
This picture is all kinds of happiness!  Mother Janette McDonald with Jamie Kalama
What's a bridal shower without silly games?

And of course the wedding!  Jamie and Ryan got sealed in the LDS Temple in San Diego and their reception was later that evening at a home in Claremont, California.  The wedding reception was outdoors and beautiful with white lanterns hung in all the trees.  Jamie's wedding colors were sapphire blue, hot pink and lime green.  The bridesmaids wore sapphire and the nieces wore hot pink.

Michael & Stevie's Sealing 2011

AUGUST 2011
There are a few days that stand out in my mind as being the best days of my life...the day I got married, the day my first child was born, 2nd child etc.  One of these days, was the day that my brother Michael was sealed to his wife Stevie in the LDS Temple in Los Angeles on August 5th of 2011.  Back in Rhode Island Mike decided to start going back to church, after a long stay away, and his wife Stevie, who wasn't a member of the Mormon faith, decided to go with him.  She got baptized and graduated from law school and they moved back to California.  We all went to the temple to see them get sealed a year after her baptism and it was one of the best days of my life.  I can't even begin to explain the happiness I felt being a part of their special day with our parents and grandpa.  It was the perfect day.  Being inside the temple felt like heaven.  I love my family so much and have a testimony that we can be together forever as a family because of temples.  Stevie, who was pregnant at the time, had the best after temple treat for all of us.  Cupcakes that if were pink on the inside, she was having a girl, if blue then she was having a boy!  So excited to bite into that yummy cupcake with blue cake inside!  A boy!  I couldn't wait to be an aunt!

Siblings and spouses.  So blessed
